About Us
We are a local husband and wife team living on the Sunshine Coast with a background in hospitality and a passion for quality ingredients.
We operate out of our gorgeous 1970 BMC Short Bus that has been expertly fitted out with an Italian Pozzetti gelato cabinet, 3 Tap Keg system and a premium 2 group Fracino coffee machine.
Coffee
Our coffee is picked for its consistent quality and is well structured with notes of rich dark chocolate, caramel and subtle fruits. The beans are carefully roasted to perfection in Noosa by the acclaimed First Batch Roasters Team.
Gelato & Sorbet
Our gelato and sorbet is made fresh using traditional artisan techniques by Multi-award wining Maleny Food Co.
Made with fresh Guernsey milk from the hills of Maleny, it is known for its amazingly creamy
Kombucha
Locally hand crafted by Ok Boocha using slow brew techniques and featuring native flavours, its a great healthy alternative on a hot day.
Events, Weddings & Functions
The Cooloola Coaster Bus is available for hire for both small and large events. It is a fun and unique option for Birthdays, Corporate Events, Weddings and any other special occasion you are planning. We are council licensed and fully insured with public liability.
